 \u003cbr\u003e•在工作中，你感觉自己受赏视吗？如果答案是肯定的，我相信你一定干劲十足，否则，你不过是在维持生计而已。当然，除了义工之外，又有谁忙碌打拼不是为了挣钱呢？我们不但想挣钱，而且想挣很多。但令人吃惊的是，决定一个人工作满意度的第一要素竟然不是薪水，而是在工作中是否得到了足够的重视和认可。\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e•如果你口渴难耐，很想喝水，有人却给了你一把椅子。的确，坐下休息会儿也不错，但你的嗓子还在冒烟。如果你累得只想摊在椅子上，但朋友却给了你一包零食，你虽然饱了口福，但还是疲惫不堪。赞赏也同样如此，如果你的表达方式并不是对方需要的，那你充其量就是做了一件好事，起不到感谢和激励的作用。\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e•职业安全感对员工来说至关重要，他们需要相信自己的职位是稳定的。但是，没有哪个雇主能够保证这一点。雇主能做的是，让员工感觉自己被人需要、受赏识，缓解他们的紧张情绪。目前，我们所知道的最好办法，就是向他们每一个人表达赞赏。\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e•人们对赞赏的渴望与其所处的职位没有关系，不论你是老板、CEO、中层经理还是流水线上的工人、一线服务人员，都有被人赏识的需要。同样，人们对赞赏的渴望与所在的行业也没有关系。，银行职员、建筑工人、教师、财务顾问、商务助理、牧师、计算机程序员、社会工作者，也都有得到赞赏的需要。若能在工作中得到赞赏，人们会感觉工作变得更加愉快。\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e•只有在跟对方建立了友好、健康的关系时，肯定的言辞才能取得好的效果。如果你们之间有矛盾，或者你对对方的成绩妒火中烧，你的表扬肯定是虚伪的。你的声音（单调、低沉或带有明显的嘲讽意味）以及你的肢体语言（东张西望、绷着脸，和对方没有眼神的交流）很快就会出卖你：“我说的话是言不由衷的。”如果你无法向同事表达真诚的赞赏，还不如保持沉默，等调整好心态再说也不迟。\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e序：
